After graduation from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, Dr. Brown bought his current location where he has been providing care since 1997. Dr. Brown has four grown children and seven grandchildren. He believes in community service and has served as a volunteer on the Shade Tree Commission for the city of Mount Vernon since 2009. 

Rather than focusing on pain, Dr. Brown works to get to the root of the problem. He understands that we are all individuals and we all respond to treatment in our own way. Results are obtained by using cutting edge technology to provide specific care based on the needs and health issues of the patient. Care is tailored to the individual to obtain the quickest recovery time, allowing his patients to return to normal activities as fast as clinically possible.

Dr. Brown has been trained as a Smart Injury Doctor. The training has allowed him to focus on spinal ligament injuries, the leading cause of chronic pain in the country today. Through the use of specific spinal x-ray images and digital measurements, the exact location and severity of spinal ligament injuries can be discovered. Knowing where and the severity of the injury allows Dr. Brown to provide the proper treatment or refer to the proper medical provider to help return his patient to normal activity.
